Nita Shah is a certified Intermediate 2 Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She teaches with a positive energy, combining knowledge and warmth, encouraging students to practice with awareness of their own innate intelligence. Continued training and over 15 years of teaching practice allows her to modify and teach to all ages, body types and experience.
